How to do a brake flush

1) Park your car in a safe location with the parking brake engaged.
2) Remove the wheel and tire assembly.
3) Disconnect the brake lines at both ends of the system.
4) Remove the calipers from the rotors.
5) Clean all of the pads and rotors with a cleaner and a rag.
6) Pour about 1 quart of boiling water onto the pads and rotors. Stand back until the boiling water has stopped bubbling, then scrub with a stiff brush. Let cool completely.
7) Replace the calipers, lines, and wheel and tire assembly.
