How To Make A Lego Car Jack

Building a Lego car jack can be a fun activity for kids of all ages. This Instructable will show you how to build your own car jack using simple materials and easy steps.

Materials

To make a Lego car jack, you will need:

-Lego bricks of various colors
-A 2×4 brick
-A 1×1 brick
-A 1/4 inch hole saw
-Sandpaper or a file
-Hot glue gun and glue sticks
-Lighter or a stove top burner

Instructions:

1. Start by constructing the base of your car jack using the 2×4 brick and the 1×1 brick. The base should be wide enough to accommodate the width of your car’s bumper, and long enough to extend beyond the car’s wheel well.
2. Next, use the hole saw to cut a hole in the top of your base that is just large enough for your lighter or stove top burner to fit through.
3. Glue the 1×1 brick on top of the hole saw cut in the base of your jack, so that it extends downward and forms a chimney. Be sure to position the 1×1 brick so that it touches both sides of the hole saw cut in the base. This will prevent your jack from falling apart when you light it on fire! Finally, add a little sandpaper or a file

Instructions

Building a Lego car jack is a great way to have fun and teach your children about mechanics. This project is easy to follow and can be completed in just a few minutes.

What You’ll Need:
-Lego bricks of different colors
-A piece of cardboard or poster board
-Markers or pencils
-Piece of string
-Scissors
-Nail or screwdriver

Step 1: Start by building the base of the car jack. It should consist of two horizontal plates, each 6 inches long, and two vertical plates, each 2 inches wide. The bottom of the jack should also have a circular hole in it for the car to sit on.

Step 2: Connect the horizontal plates with the vertical plates using bricks, as shown in the image below. Make sure that the edges of the plates are smooth so that the jack will stand up correctly. Once you’ve connected all the plates, make sure they’re secure by adding some more bricks at each end.

Step 3: Next, add a handle to the top of the jack using another set of horizontal and vertical plates. The handle should be about 4 inches long and have a hole in it for your thumb to fit
