-Ruler or a straight edge

-Sticker labels
-Hot glue gun and glue sticks
-Paint or a contrasting fabric
1. If you are using a car booster seat that already has straps, skip to step 2. If you are making your own dog booster seat, measure the width of your dog’s shoulders and hips and subtract 1 inch from that measurement. This will be the width of the straps on your new dog booster seat. Cut two strips of fabric that are this wide and long (see photo).2. Measure the height of your dog’s chest/shoulders and add 1 inch to that measurement. This will be the height of the strap on your new dog booster seat. Cut two strips of fabric that are this wide and long (see photo).3. On one side of each strip of fabric, measure down 1 inch from the top edge, then make a mark with a pencil or pen. Make sure the marks are evenly spaced across each strip (see photo).4. On the other side of each strip of fabric, measure up 1 inch from the bottom edge, then make a mark with a pencil or pen. Make sure the marks are evenly spaced across each strip (see photo).5. Fold each strip in half so that the top and bottom edges meet at these marks, then press down firmly
